    UD3P Disk Boot Failure

Alright, I had my IDE hard drive fail on me, forcing me to make my SATA data drive my system drive. I formatted the drive on my brothers computer because I had already had the drive hooked up so I could backup my steam games and music to an external.

The problem I am having is that when I put the newly formatted drive back into my rig I get "Disk Boot failure, insert system disk and press enter". The drive is recognized in the bios and I have hdd set as my boot priority.

    My DVD drive is IDE.

Thanks, I chose to post this on this site because I got a lot of good help with my last rig.

    Gigabyte MA77OT-UD3P
    I'm AMD btw.

Set the jumper as Cable Select and see if that helps.
