5850 - VDDC #2 hitting 110+ C

I have a similiar problem with my ATI5850 reference PCB, and i think is better post here that open a new thread about the same issue, nut i use an Accelero s1 rev2 with original sapphire plate, akasa thermal pad 0.3mm on the VDDC #2 and i still hit 90° in furmark extreme bench and 70° with games.

GPU #2 is not covered by my VRM-R4 cooler, is the little VRM on the other side of the PCB, on the upper left of the Core
