    The idea appeals to me!

Do you have to hold your hand in the air all the time?
Cause I doubt I can do that for 2-3h non-stop...

To me it looks like you would just rub your hand around on the top of a table and tap your fingers to click.

Scroll? Lean your head back or forth, for middle click break your neck. Jk

Looks like a promising concept. Will watch this project and its development.

One of those "I'd like to play with it for a few minutes, but I'd never buy it because it seems like a terrible idea" items IMO. Plus yeah, looks quite a lot like vaporware anyway.

I think this could be a pretty kickass device given the right software interpreting your finger movements. However I'd rather have a way for the computer to track my fingers without having to wear such a device. Perhaps a large "mouse pad" which is just a glass surface with a multi-touch gesture system. Basically take an iPhone/iPad and embed it in your desk. Would be nice for casual web browsing, not so sure about precise work.

yeah, seriously, all these new "innovative" input devices are nothing i'd ever want to use more than a few minutes.

+1. It is definitely not very useful if you have to strap it on like a glove every time you want to use the computer. Half the appeal of a mouse is you can just sit down and grab it and start using it, and then when you want to go you just leave it.

Most of the time I agree, but this is one thing I would buy just so the folks who did it can justify the R&D and I could play every now and then for FUN only

@Origin, that's exactly the type of computer interaction I would want!

using a camera that can accurately follow you hand is already possible. and it prevents alot of the problems ive seen mentioned. and its universal, no one needs to take off the glove and hand it to someone else if they wish to use your pc.

Meh, I'd rather get a regular air mouse than taking time to put it on then take it off since obviously I won't have on my hand most of the time.
