anti CB mod works great on P55A-UD3R

Unfortunately the board won't give me anymore voltage

Good news...I think this retail chip has a lot left in it

I'm expecting a couple new boards soon, and I look forward to re-testing...but I'll be on vacation until March...so it will have to wait

    Not a bad start though

If I wasn't paying attention, many times (randomly) I would see in CPU-Z that my voltages were lower than BIOS settings In the SS below, my BIOS was set for 1.78V...but it went low on boot. If I tried setting higher in BIOS (max is 1.9V) then real voltage was always lower...between 1.65 and 1.7V as pictured below.

    Here's my rig:

Any BIOS setting above 1.75V was hit and miss...sometimes it would boot at the desired voltage, other times it would drop to about 1.66V

Anything 1.8V or more set in BIOS and it would be at 1.66V for sure. Set to 1.78V seemed more reliable, and got me about 1.8V while loaded...

I'm going on vacation and will be back in March...then I'll have an MSI Trinergy and a Gigabyte P55A-UD7 to play with...so these will improve

Check voltages with a DMM just to make sure the board isn't misreporting voltages?

    Hi bro
This is P55A-UD6; probably P55A-UD3R will be the same, too
