has anyone ever broken tracers before??

ok i was ripping the spreaders off my tracer reds and a few of the LEDS popped off in the process. they are very frail and come off super easy. i cant test the ram because my black opps died. ha anyone ever done this before?? will it kill the ram or will the ram still work? i dont really care about the LEDs they are a bit bright anyways

I think the LEDs will be on a different circut than the ICs so you might be in luck

I got a used kit of Tracers with about 1/3 of the LEDs left and the heatspreaders were all bent and halfway glued back on, benched just fine.
