ISP issues wont cause DB errors.. you should look into cleaning up the forum DB.
i agree with the previous two replies, internet speed seems to be no issue, page generation is slow which is a server side issue, whats the load average on the servers?
99.99999999999999% sure it's server side settings related - server is long overdue for some server optimisation and tuning

Very frustrating... new ISP in February may not fix server issues

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.
Forumdisplay shrinkage = fixed
Forum slowness = fixed and optimised
Forum db errors = fixed, squashed and terminated for good
enjoy

yup apache - just retuned apache. Maybe fugger could later install nginx.net web server to act as reverse proxy to apache for serving static content. But from what i see so far, the server is handling fine with new tune up
i see a process called synchroniz or something running - could be backup process ???

Quantum theory in a nutshell: It's so small we don't know where it is, it could be here, it could be there.
Just 'cos it's legal don't make it right.
It's a little faster. Still forever for the page content to load and forever getting DB error
