    Need Assistance from You Pros to OC PIIX4-955BE

    Hello,

    Currently have simple system:

    Asus M4A785T-M/CSM
    Phenom II x4 955BE
    Corsair DDR3 1333MHz
    550W PSU Antec True Power

    At the moment I have some issues regarding verbage in the BIOS

    What is VDDNB Overvoltage referring to? NB or CPU?

    Then there's Chipset Over Voltage

    There's 2 voltage setting's for cpu-nb -memory-sb,diff boards have diff names for setting's so when changing one use AOD to see which one it was.Sounds like NB VID VOLTAGE AND NB CORE VOLTAGE.

    It's Northbrtidge (NB) (L3,DRAM controllers,XBAR,etc..),that is integrated into the cpu itself.It uses the separate power plane (or 2 sometimes).


    2.
    The chipset is the 785 chipset that has the IGP built in,so the Chipset Over Voltage would be helpful for IGP overclocking.
