How many times do you have to turn the nub to go from maximum resistance to no resistance?

I did some tests, the only tool I used is ATITool, and to change the power I used asus smart doctor, Riech to hold without errors ATITool:
    Engine 750
    Schader 1875 to 1.25 at 56 ° C
the only problem is the memory even increasing VAT 2.15 I can not go beyond 1840 but then I had the temperature at 60 ° up
I have 1810 hours at 55 ° stable with ATITool
Now I try to play ...

Need some pics of the XFX card plz. As for the PNY, it should be reference design. All the PNY's I've seen so far are. If it's not reference or like any of the other 9600GTs I have listed here, post pics of it to.

GeForce 9600GT reference PCB: MEM GPU vMeasure Note: Ref designs most do a VID mod:Source1 Source2

GeForce 9600GT Galaxy non-reference PCB: GPU MEM vMeasure

GeForce 9600GT Zotac non-reference PCB (version A): MEM GPU vMeasure

GeForce 9600GT Zotac non-reference PCB (version B): GPU MEM

    GeForce 9600GT MSI non-reference PCB: GPU MEM vMeasure1 vMeasure2

GeForce 9600GT MSI non-reference PCB (version B) GPU MEM vMeasure

    GeForce 9600GT (RT8802A pwm) VID Mod: Pic1 | Pic2 Table1 Table2 Table3

    Cool. Fresh meat.

I've marked the areas that look like GPU and MEM voltage measure points. I've also marked IC that we need the numbers off of. Also, go ahead and take some stock voltage measurements.

EDIT: Need closer pic of the XFX card's ICs plz.
