Will 250GTS cards run on a PCI-E x8 slot or does it have to be x16?
If it does run on an x8 slot does that have a detrimental affect to GPUGrid?
If it doesn't run whats the most powerful nvidia card that will run on a PCI-E x8 slot?

Not sure about GPUGrid but F@H cards fold just fine in 1x slots even.

Haha, now that we got a DLP and don't really use the plasma i'm sensing power consumption to go down so i was thinking of getting a video card for the family PC (which used to have an 8800gt) if i replaced my 9800GTX+ with a GTS250 would it make a difference?
