I just love your reports 3oh6! It's always fun and pleasant to read.
Any chance of publishing a BIOS template with some basic OC's you used?

this is off the top of my head...
i also did a little more 32M hunting tonight and finally got a decent run out. these Clarkbar's really hold their own now that we have BIOS development opening up higher QPI ratios. when this article was first published that wasn't possible...i added a note, with the hopes that i can re-visit these results at some point with higher QPI. until then, you get a couple more screensCode:*Frequency/Voltage Control* Dummy O.C : [Disable] CPU Multiplier Setting : [25] CPU Frequency Setting : [220] PCIE Frequency Setting : [108] QPI Frequency Selection : [5.333 GT/s] MCH Strap : [1600] Extreme Cooling : [Disable] EVGA VDroop Control : [Without VDroop] Bootup CPU Vcore : [1.72500V] Eventual CPU Vcore : [1.72500V] DIMM Voltage : [1.66V] Bootup CPU VTT : [1.425V] Eventual CPU VTT : [1.550V] PCH : [1.350] CPU PLL : [1.675] DIMM 1/2 DQ Vref : [-20mV] DIMM 3/4 DQ Vref : [-20mV] DIMM 1/2 CA Vref : [-20mV] DIMM 3/4 CA Vref : [-20mV] CPU PWM Frequency : [800 KHz] VTT PWM Frequency : [640 KHz] DDR PWM Frequency : [640 KHz] CPU Signal 1 : [Auto] CPU Signal 3 : [Auto] CPU Signal 4 : [Auto] CPU PCIE 1 : [Auto] CPU PCIE 2 : [Auto] DDR Signal 1 : [+31] DDR Signal 2 : [-31] DDR Signal 3 : [-31] DMI Signal : [Auto] PCH Signal : [Auto] *CPU Configuration* Hardware Prefetcher : [Enabled] Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch : [Enabled] MPS and ACPI MADT ordering : [Modern ordering] Max CPUID Value Limit : [Disable] Intel (R) Virtualization Tech : [Disable] Execute-Disable Bit Capabili : [Disable] Intel (R) HT Technology : [Disable] Active Processor Cores : [1] A20M : [Disable] C1E Support : [Disable] Intel (R) SpeedStep (tm) tech : [Enable] Intel (R) C-STATE tech : [Disable]
This is terrific. Thanks! Can't believe it took me this long to notice this thread.

just for you Linus...it was all just for you
glad you enjoyed
thanks Mike, and yes...give these little buggers some QPI love and they really start to beat up on 05/pifast/32M. if only they could do AM3 as well
no problem...those were the settings i was running last night.
i was just doing some prelim testing of this GPU yesterday and hammered out a decent 05.
i am not sure i will have time to really give this setup a work-over but i am trying...
Clarkbar definitely has some 05 strength, and an open 27X multi on this chip would be very interesting indeed
