    Loop order ( CPU + NB )

    Greetings,

I'll be receiving a Classified tomorrow or day after, I was thinking of also ordering a waterblock for the mobo, I'm thinking EK!

Any way my current loop order is as following :

    Pump > CPU > Rad1 > Rad 2 > Res.

Adding a waterblock for the mobo, which do you thin is better :

    1- Pump > CPU > NB > Rad1 > Rad2 > Res
    2- pump > CPU > Rad1 > NB > Rad2 > Res
    3- Pump > Rad1 > CPU > NB > Rad2 > Res

Which one do you think is better ?
    intel Core i7 980x, ASUS Rampage III Extreme , Corsair Dominator GT DDR3 2000 CL9 3x4GB , nVidia GTX 680 FTW TriSLI , Auzentech X-Fi HomeTheater HD

Whichever has less tube to be routed.

I've tried a similar test using an AMD X4 940, ASUS M3A79-T mobo, ASUS 4870x2 with two MCP-655 Pumps and two Feser 360 Rads. It's more of a pain to route the tubing from one block, to a rad, back to another block, then to a rad, then res, then pump. On my setup, however, it did net me around a 1°C lower water temp.

So while it does help with temps, however slight, in my opinion, it's far easier (and I think better looking) to route the blocks in series and not use an alternating block>rad>block>rad type of setup. So setup 1 or 3 would get my vote.
