I am kind of afraid to be the first to reply because I don't want to be a jerk but this almost looks like a joke.

    Is this real?

The rest looks functional to say the most and like a good try but it sure looks barbaric and reasonably inefficient. Might want to take some sandpaper to it before anything or Duniek is in your neck of the woods. He sells some good pots.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
I know that my "pots" look like a joke, but nevertheless, I used them to cool the E8200 and 9800GTX +.
The cost of implementation was only about $ 20 for both pots.

Hell yeah man, I love the look of those pots! Desperation sometimes brings out the best in people, in this case doubly so. Keep being creative

The GPU pot kind of reminds me of those old 70s lamps that my parents used to have.

Did you take any pics of it in action? Is it just a long pipe under all that tape on the GPU pot?

I do like the DIY touch =)

But it's a waste of effort to add those micro-holes IMO, you're not getting any real surface area boost along the sides of those holes, and you're sacrificing some useful conductivity in the relatively thin base.

But for a dice pot, it's certainly good enough =)
