Core2 E6750 Ocing! Cant get to 4ghz, Subzero air.

Well have been trying to get Core2 E6750 to 4ghz with subzero air cooling (-20 outisde atm so i like ocing now).

I can get it stable at 1.4volts and 3.8ghz with in room temperatures (32'c idle, 55'c load), in subzero air it idles around -10 degrees and loads just around +5 degrees of celcius, i can get it to under -0 with just changing the fans to delta's and ramping up them 100%, trust me i dont want to do that, those delta's just scream for earplugs.

How ever, when ever i go over 3.8ghz, no matter what cooling, it just BSOD's around 3850mhz, id appreciate any knowledge and advice of other people.

Current settings for 3.8Ghz are as follows.
    - vCore 1.40v
    - vMCH 1.35v
    - vFSB 1.35v
    - FSB 475Mhz
    - Mem around 900-1000mhz C5 (mem is good to 1150Mhz C5).

    System
    - Megahelms Cooler.
    - MSI P45 Neo3-FR motherboard (dont have anything better atm).
    - Corsair Dominator CMX2-8500-C5 (2x1Gb Kit).
    - Antec 1200OC PSU

Edit : I guess now we're at correct "forums", kinda failure to post in AMD section at start but hey, i havent slept well in 30hours

EDIT2 : CPU Clock Drive, setting i found witch i dont yet know purpose for, anyone can enlighten me?

Second, the E6750 is an old 65nm CPU, where not many could hit 4Ghz for even benchmark stability. My E6600 couldn't either, no matter what, IIRC I even degraded it by feeding 1,7V Vcore just to see 4Ghz

Try more juice, like 1,5V Vcore or so, but don't go over the top (I'd say 1,55-1,6V max for benching).

    Good luck.
Well, can this be problem on motherboard side also? If i need tweak my vMCH or vFSB.

Does you board have a FSB voltage or VTT voltage setting?

Needed 1.58v originally to get me to 4.2

I got down to ~1.48v with a newer BIOS on my Formula flashed to a Rampage

1.48volts, well ill try later with 1.5v

EDIT: ok tried it with high volts, cpu requires 1.53v under load (1.57v idle due vdrop), but it did brake 4ghz wall
