Good point. Also be nice to be able to gift a purchase like on Steam as Don at TPU said. Then you could, uh, gift it to someone for Christmas or whatever or split the deal with someone. And they call it a "holiday sale" too lol. Typical EA idiocy.

I've just had a look over at the steam sale and its incredible. Granted the games that are dirt cheap aren't 'new,' but there are tonnes of classics for people who haven't played them yet that cost less than a fiver.
I'm probably looking at the wrong place in the EA store but for us in the UK I can see that they only have one special offer on for us and thats in the guise of an 'advent offer.' Which is one game that changes every 24 hours. At the moment its fifa manager.
