    http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=22128
and in the same form factor
    Dual E5530's @ 3.7ghz Watercooled
    Evga SR-2
    GTX 480 TRI-SLI Waterchilled
    24Gb samsung 30nm HYK0

Are you asking if it is possible or if someone can do it for you? If it is the former I would say yes for the liquid cooled single stage in that form factor but no to a two stage in that form factor. If it is the latter I would have to politely direct you to the forum policies rule 5A.

Actually it might be possible to make a low power cascade in the form factor, but at that price point? No way.

Two rotaries crammed in a line, plate HX side by side, one insulated, one cooling the first stage. No oil sep or something really small and home made, and work from there. Could strap a triple radiator to it possibly, on the top or off the back, or external and off to the side; even fit the pump in there nice and tight if your good about it.

The trick is going to be air cooling on the rotarys.

You should purchase the CoolerExpress unit. It is a very high quality build and you wont be disappointed.

You sure on that? I've heard nothing but shipping issues and jostled compressors mixed with crappy controllers.
I've had to fix 5 of them and I've only ever heard of people that owned those said 5 other then one that was reviewed by Coolarer.

A few people here and on OCN, although they were under warranty, the user had to pay the shipping cost back for the unit; an international cost. And that costed as much as a recharge.

You recently said in a different topic that you can not do this as the heat output and cooling needed for one rotary a 12k BTU it was out weight a 120.3 under water cooling.

Funny you ask because I am the only authorized/trained CoolerExpress repair tech currently residing in the US

I work part time for CoolerExpress and have seen only 1 repair unit in the last 2 months since they hired me. That one repair was very minor and had absolutely nothing to do with poor engineering.

CE units are very high quality and put together much better than the old MachI/MachII units were. The wiring harness is top notch and so is the controller. They use steel suction lines, high quality condensers, sturdy steel cases and strong compressors.

Miffed now, but you'd want a big strong unit at least

For something like this I would use two 5k btu to 7k btu compressors, nothing larger. This is like a mini cascade I rebuilt, both were "1/2 hp" compressors and held a decent load in the -90C to -70C range.

That was an impressive mini cascade and the design was amazingly simple and efficient.
