    Good.
But those fancy lawyers hardly seem worth it, if you constantly have to pay fines, or agree on something...
...or they are just so very guilty so there is no help for them!

So it's anti-competitive now to not include a multitude of browsers all made by your top competitors in your own operating system?

Should they not sue the people who are too lazy instead? Or maybe shock horror Internet Explorer actually is already more than good enough for average joe to read emails and brag about the number of friends in facebook and there is simply no benefit from changing browsers?

so... shouldn't apple do the same? their browser is included with ms. what if ms developed an IE for mac. According to this logic, every apple owner would see microsoft as one of their choices as soon as they start up for the first time!
