Looks great!
One question though. What kind of sleeving is that? The PET stuff I have is all single stranded and doesn't look nearly as nice... even though I am getting better at sleeving it still looks like garbage in comparison.

Very nice.
Did you make the IO panel and the Aquaero mount, or did Charles make them?
that's way much better

Super job on cleaning up those blocks. They look nice.

Nice job on the blocks. I'm a bit confused. I see where you had some build up in them - did that damage the original nickel plating? (Just trying to understand why you had them plated).
Also - any hints for getting the o-ring back in place after taking off the plexi?
Yes, i think so too
Thank you
yes, the nickel layer was unfortunately broken. Thats why i'm plated them.
Put the rubber seal on the under side, put the plexi on the Top and fixed it smoothely with one screw.
Now you can push from the outside the rubber seal with a toothpick to the right position and than fixed the plexi with the next screw etc.
OK - I'll give that a shot. I've done one before - had to use silicone grease to hold it in place. Now I have 4 to do and I'm dreading it!
May I ask where you got the replacement mobo tray?
Looking good mate, nice fab work on the Frontpanel, very sweet looking.
Totally dig the build! Ready for more pics! Subscribed
