The EK Cooler looks very ugly
Now, I must find a company where I can let them nickel and hope after them, they looks better than yet.

Gee this looks really familiar. Looks like EK has been putting quality nickel plating on their blocks forever. So you just ran coolant through the bock and it ate the nickel away? Weird. May be a coincidence that I had a problem with the exact same model block. But mine was a 15 minute soak in household vinegar that ate it away.

I was told "it's not an EK problem" I beg to differ..

Also - any hints for getting the o-ring back in place after taking off the plexi?
Shaz, I found a really easy way to do it.

Start at one end and use a bit of water to lube up the rubber/plexi. Put it in the channel and slide the plexi over it as you go to hold it in place. Will take you all of 1 min to put them back on.

No, it's made by a friend from me. I give him a drawing and he made it for me.

Mount with double sided tape, correct

the case i am using has a similar concept for the front... a 'hidden air intake' , that is : there is a radiator mounted at the front but you wont see where it is
it looks cool, but you'll need to turn your radiator fan up to compensate since air has to flow around the front panel... when air is flowing in small spaces, it will have to flow quickly... and when its flowing quickly, its pressure will drop... so now i have a vacumm effect that the radiator fan has to work against

What's the water block that you used on the motherboard? It's so simple and elegant, but I have no clue what it is!
