Vendors and Manufactures;
The building is new and has several areas to setup vendor booths and a secured area for vendors.
There is 11 flat panel displays for DVD looping.
All sponsoring vendors will be allowed to display marketing materials pretty much anywhere inside and outside the building.
Displays be removed when done with no marks or tape residue.
There will be plenty of power for computer systems, there are a few tables to use but they are in short supply.
An minimum age of 21 will be set.
An open bar is allowed.
A PA system is installed in the building.
Security will be in place throughout the event.
Support staff will be available to assist vendors setting up.
Setup will start at 11:00 AM, lunch at 1:00 PM and dinner at 6:00 PM
A 3 Minute DVD training loop for racing.
I would like each vendor to have a ~20 minute presentation promoting new products.
Confirmed vendors will be on multiple PR blast for CES events.
I expect more tech sites than last year to attend.
Live video and podcasts will be running.
Internet service is available.

LN2 OVerclocking;
LN2 will be allowed in the building, the OC event will be on the main floor.
Many big names are already confirmed, lots of industry related enthusiasts and bloggers.
Both Intel and AMD platforms to be punished.
32nm parts will be abused by K|ngp|n
New GPU's
World Record results is the focus.
Kart Racing and Games;
Races throughtout the day.
Plenty of cars tuned for racing on that track, they go fast.
Racers will get one wrist strap, if you drink the strap will be removed.
A race is 12 Laps at an average of 30 seconds per lap.
Prizes for racing events, finals start at 9:00 PM

Enthusiast vs Everyone.
A large game room is open for everyone.
Video games run on a player tracking card, no need for change as everything is open to play.
A VIP area with leather lounge seats and DirectTV.
Addional second floor balcony overlooking the track with pool tables.
Large conference room with wireless PA overlooking the track.
Food;
1:00 PM Serbian bakery lunch with fresh baked bread, cold cuts, veggies and more.
6:00 PM Bulgarian dinner menu entree's to die for.
