GTX200 series of the highest Core & shader frequency?

We played Zotac 275 EXTREME in NOV,but we only have two pcs
    Through the voltage MOD
One of the cards can run 1200/2800/1200MHz(Core/shader/Mem) Core Vol 1.6v Mem Vol 2.15V -125℃

Another card can run 1300/2600/1300MHz(Core/shader/Mem) Core Vol 1.63v Mem Vol 2.5V -133℃

We are very busy in Nov,so we only have two days of testing time
2 cards run 750/1750/3050MHz(Core/shader/Mem) on air(with AC 3 Fan),but memory can't run 3050MHz on Ln2 we found the memory too cold last time

    Awesome core clocks!
I took me a little while to figure out the relationship between core/shader and memory clocks. The most likely reason on why you are able to run such insane core clocks is because you are so memory bandwidth starved at those core clock speeds.Bascially your core and shaders are "underworked" due to having to wait for data to crunch and hence allow higher clocks. But like you can see in those low Vantage score - you have hardly any scaling with speeds over 1100mhz when the memory is running so low.

You most likely will be able to run much higher memory speeds, especially with 896mb chipped 275s...They actually score better in Vantage than their 1792mb counterparts. I have benched myself a card that I could run at 1269mhz, yet that was only when running at 1200mhz memory...

The trick is to find a card that clocks well in all aspects together. The higher your memory speeds, the harder your shaders and core have to work.

That is probably also the reason why you won't see GTX 285s reach such clocks - cause they have a more appropriate bandwidth.

    285 can reach 3000mhz shader/3300 mem easy
