I bit, sounds like a good deal to me.

I thought about this deal, but still comes out to be more $/gb than the intel. so I will hold off. Also I am not sure what the performance of the smaller drives are compared to the larger and 30gb just seems too sm to me

That's a very good deal if you trust MIR. i for one don't and $260 up front is hard to swallow for 30gb. Is the speed even noticeable vs a 30gb agility?

Win 7 is about 14 gigs or so before any updates. So you have about 1/2 of the drive left. Its a good set up for someone who needs a lot of speed and very little space, but then, I don't know what applications would justify the price.

    Neat deal anyways.
BP ruined my dinner and my region. (yep, I'm still pissed!)

It's $130 before MIR and $100 after. Would make for a nice boot drive, imo.

That is an excellent deal for an excellent drive, no its not an intel, but in some real world scenarios it handles better than they do!! and no penalty for writing to them. this is a great deal, if you havent got a ssd yet, this is a good excuse to try one out, you will never go back i assure you!
