    I've been running 2x5770 and could not be happier,actually glad that 5850 was not available at the time and 5870
    was/is too much $$$ for me,maybe in a few months.
    5770 is basically half of 5870,so 2x5770>5850 for less money.
    Less power draw,less heat,more display outputs (plus you can run up to 4 in CF) the only thing it doesn't have is double precision,not that
    any game actually uses it.
    5770s should be widely available,so something to think about
    perhaps

    No, it is just handpicked chips from what XFX is getting from AMD/ATi. There isn't enough supply yet for any specific multiple product binning.

    How well are 5770's priced in Canada?
    When you could pick up a 5850 for $270, that was a freaking steal.
    At newegg they are ~$165 x2 = $330 vs a $310 for a 5850 now.
    5770 has a TDP of 108w vs a 5850 at 150w.
    5770CF does seem to perform a bit better than a 5850 though.

    In europe they are just not available at all .
    There are shops that just remove it from their stocklist since they don't get any cards in at all .
