Dimensions of the back pci & i/o panel?

I can't find the dimensions anywhere for the back panel that holds the pci/agp brackets and the motherboard i/o panel. It should be a form factor standard for all pc cases, but yet I can't find them.

Or can I buy them somewhere?

Just the part riveted to the back case panel as seen here is what I'm after...

    Thanks!

Is this what you need? What is circled in yellow? or the whole back panel?
