Whatz up with OCZ memory RMA???

Well, I don't want to sound too negative, however it has been 3 weeks since my last correspondence with OCZ over the second set of Blade 7-8-7-20 2000 kit. I had to pm a rep here on Xtreme to get the response that " memory not available" and to "please forward your bank details, purchase receipt", etc. for a full refund. AAAAAaaaaannnnnnndddddd nothing. I've always thought OCZ stood by their products but its been over 12 weeks with no memory, no money....hence the thread.

Anyone else having issues with this memory & OCZ??

I find this very uncharacteristic for OCZ, and hope I'm the only one having issues. Plus, tried to get the 2133 kit but can't seem to find that either.

When I Pm'd him I was told to contact Nico. He to his word did try and assist me. Very prompt, courtoeus, felt like the OCZ I knew. That was three weeks ago that he passed on all the pertinent info to his collegue. Ticket number has been closed for ages???? Why, matter is not resolved? I was told this is standard practice but what point does it serve if the issue is still at hand? Me with no memory or loot for 12+ weeks??

Don't know what's up with OCZ but they used to be very good especially the RMA dpt / policy.
It's been 1 1/2 year or so that I have a feeling that OCZ is really going downhill.
    Get your act together guys.

After I Pm'd Tony ( he directed me to you ) and received an "automated response" to give Nico a ring. I'll dig it up for you if you want.

Same issue here : I got this as reply to my Blade kit

We have received your memory kit.

It may be some time before we are able to replace you with another Blade memory kit. We could replace you with a different type of memory kit, or with a different product, such as a solid state drive. Which would you prefer?
I rather prefer either a new Blade kit or a refund... not interested in non enthousiast ram...
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
