Best 30" Display for Gaming?

I'm thinking about buying THREE more of them and either getting six-way eyefinity with six thirty-inchers or setting my wife up with three of them... but I know that's just craziness and I'll barely have room for three in portrait on my desk as it is. Guess I'll wait and see how these three do first and then decide... no rush as long as these work great, after all.

I got my 3007wfp-hc for 900$ CAD 2nd hand (the folks were using it as an output for their laptops, then realized that by switching to new laptops they lost out on the larger res since it has no scaler). Anyway, It's ridiculously fast and the color reproduction is top notch. For gaming, there's no better alternative if you're concerned about ghosting and latency.

Now that we've seen a 27" 16:9 from Dell, I'd like to see a 30" 16:9, maybe even with optional HDTV tuner. It would no doubt cost more than I'd want to pay though.

I was hoping that the 27" 2560x1440 monitors would bridge the price gap between 24" 1920x1200 (screw 1080p 24") and 30" 2560x1600, but obviously, dell thought otherwise since many other 30" monitors are around $1000-$1100.

That refurbished NEC 30" looks to be a steal. How does it compare to the 30" LG?
