    SoundStorm is storming my Brain.

    Ok i still cant figure out why when i enable my onboard sound my system freezes as soon as i boot to windows. Im using remix 3.14j drivers and still no luck. WTF is going on???

    I'm thinkin its those drivers your using. If your not using the official ones then you really shouldn't expect everything to work perfectly.

    use the regular driver.

    Uninstall the driver and reinstall it...or use a different driver. It's obvious that it's the driver that's causing the problem.

    If your your going to be switching drivers use these 2 programs before updateing your drivers Nforce Recet and Drive Cleaner links to both can be found from here http://mwarhead.motherboardfaqs.com/ make sure you fallow the instructions and to answer yes to install the SW ide drivers.

    What it basicly does is, it installs the origanal Windows chipset drivers before you added your Nforce drivers and driver cleaner cleans out all the old reg files.

    Yw Dude, Thats what I love about ES everyone can learn somthing from someone else even from a a middle wieght newb like me. I may be calling upon some of the greats like yourself in the future as I will be stepping int phase change in the next week or so after my Mach2 arives :-)
