Why didnt you just use brazing rods of 15% silver...and to be sure it holds and is leak free just pressurize with 300 psi of nitrogen for a few days.

I use 3% silver solder. I think it's gonna be ok, but if I see some leaks I will change it on rods of 15% silver.

I finished my single stage few weeks ago, but i forget show you the picture of build.

First of all i ordered oil and gas from local shop:

Then i check there is no leaks and make a vacuum:

    First Frost...

    ...and some idle temperature.

Now i made a calibration for e8400 (i haven't built dummy load yet)

    Temperature after calibration on e8400 @ 4.0Ghz @ 1.7v (stres)

    Oc results:

    Final look:

You get a nice case cut then you purchase new components for everything. Braze a few joints and your done. The hard part is brazing an evaporator and making up the mounting kit. So when you purchase it all done, thats 80% of a build finished already.

Kylo please don't take the comment as a personal stab at your build - it is a general comment. I like the handle on your case, it's a nice touch. From the looks of it, it folds flush back into the case?

Thank you guys. I must shorten cap tube because under load there is too much preasure on a high side and built/buy dummy load to calibrate this unit, I think 200~220W is in range.

What's your superheat? That is a tiny condenser.
