EVGA 762 troubles.

I have some issues with the classiefied E762.
When you install 3 dimms the system will not boot (reboot at 68-69).
Tried it with different CPU's (950 and 3540), same problem.
The pinns look ok on the motherboard, so my guess it's not that problem.
Single and dual channel are ok.

Board is defective or something else ?
Have to try another bios yet, I'm using the I version now.

I bought this board in the USA, so there is no warranty on it.
It worked ok before.

memory controller in cpu damaged or RMA the mobo.

if you like you can try mine E762 if you whant???
Then you know something more, i got the E762 also at home.
