    Rotate display 90 Degrees?

How can I go about rotating my display 90 degrees? I would like to use my monitor in 'portrait' mode on occasion, instead of 'landscape'. Would it be something I need to look at within the actual video output drivers, or can a third party program do it? Since I have a laptop, I was considering getting a second external monitor and hooking it up with one of these. It would not be for anything graphically intensive, just to read PDFs, excel sheets, etc.

That IOGEAR External DVI Video Card is $97 , but i found it $49 before, and now $62.

Been a bit since I used XP, but if I remember right, go into your desktop properties, display. Should be in there. Sorry I can't be more exact. Never used it and am on W7 now.
For when you go to W7, right click on the desktop, go to personalize, display (bottom left) and finally change display settings (left).

Open Control Panel>Display>Settings tab>advanced, navigate through the tabs to find a rotate display option.

Since it's not there, should I assume it's driver related? My laptop has a 8400M GS (currently using) and an Intel integrated. I think I used rotate screen with the Intel before...
