    PCM05 + Core i7 860 + P55-UD6

    Core i7 860 @ 20x200
    Corsair Dominator GT 2000C7 @ 2000C7
MSI GTX 275 Lightning @ stock
    2x ACARD 9010 on P55 ICH10R

Didn't tweak anything besides enabling Aero, just ran PCM05 as part of my test suite for a set of benchmarks and noticed the original score was the Core i7 860 record

I'll have a much nicer score once I figure out how to merge multiple RAID arrays without suffering terrible efficiency.

Just two ACARD 9010s with 4GB of memory each. ICH10R is a rather nice controller too, just bandwidth limited. I'm pegging it out in the virus scan with just these 2 drives, going to 3 dropped performance ~20%. Be back when I can get two RAID cards to work in Windows without taking a 50% performance penalty.

I'm pretty certain the above setup would be around 26-27k with the CPU and GPU up to speed, I just can't bother with LGA1156 sub-zero

Nice. Plan to tackle PCM again under ln2/lga1366?

I'll try that technique in the near future, I'll see how the women respond to it

I think 30k could be done on a decent Core i7 860/870 actually.

nice chris, im sure that 30k can be broken with p55 platform... this benchmark is alot of fun but also can be a tough journey to get all tests working right at the same time!
