Windows 7 tweaking

Does anybody know where to find a decent guide for WAIK for Win 7? Or does anybody have any personal experience with it? Seems a lot of people are having problems using vLite but using WAIK is very difficult so far, for me at least

yeah using vlite and w7 is a real pain unfortunately
