Was for the comparison
the DK P45s are flying FSB wise,
I personally havent seen any LP UT board, touching or getting near what the DK does in terms of FSB overclockability.
yes all air:
stock motherboard cooling, supplied with 92 and 120mm fans with about 90CFM~ each.

a friend of mine made this with cpu and nb on air
Nice scores, Massman. it's a shame the UT's aren't as good as the DK series. I'm using an UT P45 here right now (24/7 rig), awesome board - but hates high FSB.

Very very good FSB massman but i believe 700FSB is doable

i hope MM can get the dfi back to life so he can try the E8400.
we benched some I7 with GTX260 today
here's a little movie.

you can do it! and i think the UT is a lesser board. anyway mine is

Sorry Oliver. I haven't seen that you have a UT and not a DK. So your FSB is impressive. My big fault.
Put up a biker babe on the white board, that will motivate even more ( also us the readers :p) 1.95Pll poor cpu..; I hope the mobo will revive...
i dont have a DK but i have a UT p45 t2rs and anything over 500 and im having a hard time keeping the voltage low.
Oliver how did you get 600+fsb on 1.29 vcore. little more insight as to what voltages your running elsewhere and what GTL's

mass, if you cant boot with cas6 check a different spd... some boards refuse a certain cas if its not in the spd.
dont think its the case here but its worth a try... but in my experience cas6 doesnt help to get higher mhz vs cas5... at least on the ddr2 chips i tried (micron gmh/gkx+elpida+powerchip)
the BI Elite and the DK+ can reach same results..If i have time, i will give it another try to go past 740..

massman: did you also have troubles with that board and C1 errors making it harder to handle?

Pieter most modules need more then 2.7V to break 700MHz
i have too much time spent with ddr2 micron modules and not every of them are capable of 700+
i would recommend you to buy 650er Teamgroup 6-6-6-18
they are either handpicked GMH or GKX and do as minimum of 750 under 2.7V for sure
or some old ballistix with GMH GKX
if you catch old OCZ reaper or flex 9200 they go fast near 800 under 3V
i think its memory issue
and did you use for 1:1 333 or 400 strap?

Oops, just saw this question.
Yes and no. When the board locks in C1, just turn down the power supply, wait for the leds to turn off, clear cmos, give it a couple of seconds, turn on the psu again and reboot. Worked flawless here.
Luckily, DFI has the bios saving feature
