    i870 + Maximus III GENE + Asus 5870

    I have begin test with the Asus Maximus III GENE, Asus 5870 and Intel i870.
    First result to search the max bench in air for the Asus 5870.

    i870@4GHz + 5870 850/1200MHz


    i870@4GHz + 5870 1051/1351MHz with 1.31v


    And this week-end, 5870 on LNē

    The best result : i870@4GHz + 5870 1112/1351MHz with 1.35v

    1 question? where did you get that mounting plate for the koolance vga pot,or did you make it?
    +as for the insulation behind the card just use alot that artist eracer stuff its so easy like that.

    It's not mounting plate behind the card but isolation.
    Actually, just 1.35v, no hardmods... I hope an AfterBurner with 1.5v

    Think you need ln2 on that cpu and get up towards 5ghz

    Second benchs under LNē and new big score

    i870@4.2GHz + Asus 5870 Tweak Voltage 1198/1301MHz 1.35v under LNē -45°C
    Impossible to have 1201MHz because bios limited ? or AfterBurner...
