    Athlon II x3 Anyone?

    It's available now
Some batch of them with "Deneb" based Athlon II x3 can be unlocked to Quad with 6MB L3 too

The official price for Athlon II x3 425 cost $ 76USD per 1K order
and the local store charged me $ 610HKD (~ $78USD)
Not bad for the price to beat Intel's Pentium DualCore E6 series

I know for the money the AII series (Propus) is great, excellent in WCG Bonic. I have also noticed that a beefy system with a good chipset and a lot of memory (64 Bit) make a bigger difference than with the PhII

I'd definitely go for one. I've had 3 AMD chips not unlock so far, maybe i'd get lucky with the Athlon II X3?

Seems that these binned Denebs hardly pas Singapore or Hong Kong. And if they by some weird luck land in other lands they're pretty much picked by distributors. Did you just bought it in ordinary retail store and when? And there's time to came to other parts of world cause these are pretty new cpus aug2009.
And you get great performer for 80$ CPU 2.7G and undervolted to 1.3V on budget foxconn.

So far as an X3 works fine at 3.4 with 1.275V...don't know why the validation was rejected though :

    EDIT : Validation worked :
