I take it you have never run a CPU below -30C or so. Coldbug = CPU crashes due to being too cold. With the IMC on the CPU die you now introduce another complex piece of circuitry that you can coldbug and it may coldbug with a different set of parameters than the CPU cores. Just try to run most Bloomfields at -120C and let me know how it goes

i played with with Dice and ln² on Bloomfield and others, only this one not yet.

I think i know about the PSU troubles....
Every bench monitored, my Corsair 1000W can t run 2D higger.
I think can be the Power Supplie problem.





Every time the drop kills the benchmark, and its the best i can reach with the Rampage 2 Extreme.
R2E can t boot less than -81 Celsius and can t be higger frequency in the memory neither northbridge.
The CPU freeze (any frequence) -101~-102 Celsius.
i think is the only CPU haves Coldbug so low and the fXXXX motherboard don t help me to get higger.
So soon i will post with the Classified and try better.

Amazing insane result Hipro5...after this i noticed Gulftown 2.4 can be better than 3.07 Ghz

We tested i9 under cascade some days ago under RIIE and Classi. under RIIE I could boot -102 easy while we had problems on the evga past -75 (with and without jumper). due to the problems we couldn't test classified really but RIIE doesn't like nb without high QPI voltage. RAM likes CL8 on RIIE, I can do 1100MHZ 32m under air with 3.3 nb and 1.35 qpi. but clockwise for that temps I say it is ok but be carefull with the voltage - under load you have ~1.9V on that board and I am not sure if it is that good for the chip at this temperature.
