If u mean it, as i mean, its right too with AIR :-). With not so quality PSU is too AIR OC about 100-50 MHz lower

As I saw earlier Gulf. isn't so fast as Bloom. or maybe rest of stuff wasn't maxed

Around 400w peak draw I've heard from EPS 12V. So yes, you need a good PSU if pushing the CPU's this hard.

The highest peak is about 40~45A. You need to make sure your psu without any vdroop for full loading. I have some problems on PC Power & Cooling and Sliverstone 1200W.
