    When you do this mod with wires it dosent work nearly as god as witout because the caps have to be as close to the solder point as possible to work proberly.
    The thing on this card that neds caps are the memchips i will do a full mod on one of my cards soon to try if there is any affect

    trust me wires are no go i have cap modded cards for over 8years and wires dosent help and i mod psus and hifi and carstereo and trust me wires are no go.. the thing a cap does is to provide current lightning fast to the circut and with wires the current mett alot of resistance and the effect goes away

    @RISKA
    It makes sense what u say about the resistance of the wires...maybe i should put them on the top of the other caps or could i leave 1 CM of wire???Say the CPA had REALLY long legs????????

    So the core did scale nicely under cold hiwa? in a week or so im putting it under dry ice, due to the lack of a dewar atm.
    you think your vmod was more stable then the softmod? or why did you mod it..

    I measured the resistor.turned out 2,1*k so i used 100k that i had in handy.Turned out it worked and the volts were really stable in comparison with the volts the chip would output...Too bad the cable broke off and for a moment my card would reboot and i thought it was dead1!!
    Tomorrow i am gonna put it back on and see what i can get!!!

    it's core freq and win7 SM3 on win7 is faster than vista or xp,btw becareful with over 1300 mem freq,Hynix can handle max 1250 on air and def voltage.
