Rules

1. You need to sign a NDA for using photos and videos by Gigabyte ...

2.The contest focuses on efficiency and optimization for the P55 platform. CPU

3. Acceptable frequencies are 4GHz and below. Other clocks (memory frequency, Graphic frequency…etc) do not have any stipulation.

4. Benchmark scores submitted after time is called will not count.

10. Failure to submit a score for a round will not lead to disqualification.
Participants with the fastest scores at the end of competition will be declared champion.

11. Judge may ask a competitor to run benchmarks again to verify scores.
Every contestant needs to save a screenshot of their result, otherwise the score isn’t valid.

12. In case of a tie, competitors with the highest Everest bandwidth score is declared the winner.

13. Invited participates might need to be teammates with members from a different country.

14. Hardware and software are provided by GIGABYTE; contestants are not allowed to use their own hardware or software.

15. GIGABYTE will provide hardware replacement if the hardware dies or fails.

16. Participants are not allowed to Modify hardware and changing cooler.

17. No outside software & hardware, non-GIGABYTE prepared thumb drive, optical device, etc are allowed.

For what you need a i7 870, if maximal CPU clock is limited to 4GHz and for SPi and 3D01 you dont need an HT?

it's a just simple Contest of 40GP for the tweak

Not need a i7 8x0 But i prefer to have a Kingston 2000 c8 (with Elpida Hyper) for Superpi 32mo then a kit 2000 c9 with a probaly a Samsung HFC0 or Elpida BSEE (i hope to have a minimal that).

not that I think the ram can do 1333mhz+
