    ok, since toyota droped the awd celica de mr2 and the supra, they dont offer a real sport version of any of their cars and there isnt anything remotely fun in their line up, I HATE THEM.


    it seems someone noticed, a sportier car in the line do wonders in sales as most enthusiasts will promote the company (its a new trend in marketing to please the hardcore enthusiasts so they do the marketing with the masses) its been in the know that toyota is working with subaru for a RWD sport coupe and today they released the concept for sale in 2011.

    Looks like a hybrid of a RX8 and Celica.

    Do you count the Scion line as completely not Toyota? Scion line is for the younger/sportier crowd, Toyota is "I have a family" line, and Lexus is "I'm ballin'" line. Even if there isn't a hierarchy like this, I'd think they really could care less about popularity with their hybrid 'monopoly'.


    In any case, hope these come with non-defective floor mats.

    scion is sportier ??? tell me where the TC is under powered it has nice looks but there isnt anything sporty about it

    I'd rock it, I had a 85 AE86, I don't see what the big craze about it is. I guess I'm not into whatever that's a fad coming out of JDM land.

    Same, that car looks sick for $20k. I hope they launch in that region, would make me a very happy camper.
