Pump top installs, orientation matter? (EK v2 top)

Hello All,
My build is slowly getting along....finally

I have a MCP 355 with a EK v2 top, I was wondering if I can install the top to the pump in any orientation or if I have to do it the way the instrustions show. I installed it as in the instructions but in that orientation the screw down tabs on the pump body hit the case where I dont want it to. If I could install the EK top 90 degrees from as it is now it would make my install a lot smoother.

it dosnt matter what direction that u mount the top, its square on the base of the pump
