    How about P?

At this rate, watercooling is enough to the take the wr in X.

wow the cpu bottleneck on the drivers is so pronounced. nice work mate!
I can't believe no one's gotten fed up with ATI drivers and started writing their own. Someone pickup an x86 instruction set reference and get to work!

Waiting for ln2 for P. 4.5GHz still too low with these cards, wouldnt be fair to them

Air will be enough for very high numbers. The lab were hitting 25C ambient, with some swedish winter in a open room with 0C outside we will see close to 1100MHz with more voltage. This is only 1330ish mV.

Damm 1100 core on 4 cards :P Thats some insane power !! AMD and Intel should make faster CPU's to handle this kind of power ! I think a stock i7 3.2 GHz wont be fast enough for two of these cards in CF. We will see CPU limited situatuions. Thats where the overclockers come in to play

Impressive to say the least, I imagine these cards will keep scaling until the CPU falls apart

Wow, what an impressive "show-off" of what a stock-cooled setup could do!!!

Well, few questions for you Kinc about the quality of those Asus cards before I decide to buy some myself..

The stock voltage is supposed to be just a little over 1.1v, right? And you ran the cards at 1.33v, correct?

What were the max temps of the GPU's?

Did you have to try more than 4 cards to "cherry-pick" the good overclockers? If you never got any more than 4 cards to begin with, and just overclocked all of them to 1+ GHz speeds using stock coolers, then I surely would be enlightened!

    What was the ambient temp?

Was the case closed or open?

How much of an airflow was there over the cards (i.e, was there a huge fan blowing right on top of those cards with like 200CFM of cold air)?

Sorry about wanting to know all of the details, but I'd just like to know if it was just pure luck or if I could expect mine to also run at 1GHz stable with stock cooler @1.33v. Thanks man..

    Correct.

What were the max temps of the GPU's?

Max 104C recorded, with 1050MHz core though (bios mod to remove thermal thottle)

These are the only cards I've tested and they were bought back from disti so no cherry picking.

    What was the ambient temp?

25-26C (small lab and 4 of these heat it up good).

Was the case closed or open?

    Open

Stock thermal solution on 100% fan speed.

Here is a picture taken today, only the cpu thermal solution has changed from last week.
