    Good optical character recognition software?

I saw the Neat Receipts Mobile Scanner with NeatWorks 4.0 Digital Filing System and Travel Case on woot today, and would like to find some software to use on images I already have (I have an all-in-one scanner). Does anyone have experience with good OCR software that they would recommend?

I've used ABBYY Finereader at school and always had great results

Hmm, since a copy is $400, it MUST be good.

I guess I'll have to see if I can get a copy/access though school.

+1 for ABBY finereader. It costs a mint but if you like to digitally archive all of your library and important paper documents in case of a fire or something like that it's well worth the money.... for some people.
