Need help with a new setup

I use my pc for gaming only and wanted your advice on what to get its either

i7 920 with DFI LANPARTY DK X58-T3eH6 6gb trichannel

or i5 750 with EVGA P55 FTW and 8gb

will use a 5870x2 or g380 when they come wont be using two gpus.

dont get a board with an nf200, and the 5870x2 has 2 gpus just not 2 cards

I know the 5870x2 is one gpu I want to know what setup will perform better in games I7 or I5?

Go for the P55 mate, you won't regret it... plus you can save some cash too

i would get the x58 mobo -i7 then when i9 comes if you want that just drop it in.

if you are gonna use a dual gpu card you need to get the x-58, also has future chips scheduled for launch, unlike the p55.
