It's not a good deal; don't buy just yet.

P7350 is a pretty weak processor, but it has a low power envelope, so you might benefit from a few extra minutes of usage. Personally, I'd get a beefier processor (T9300 and up).
4GB RAM should be standard on most mid to high-grade laptops these days.
you want a 320gb 7200rpm hard drive AT LEAST.
    gfx card is nice.
you want a 9-cell if you have a choice
also, wireless-N should come standard with mid to high-grade laptops as well.

If you look around, I'm sure you will find these specs with a very similar price point as this one.
I'm sure others will chime in and help you out too.
you might wanna check delloutlet.com, they usually have 15% off coupon codes at slickdeals.net

    and last but not least,

    !

    Thanks

Well the Drive is not the Problem since i got a 500GB 7.2k Drive from my Old one (which died yesterday >__<)

hm okay, i gonna take a look at other offers. But im not really optimistic about this, since Switzerland ist not very Cheap Place to buy Hardware...

EDIT: The Same Notebook with a P8700 CPU and WIreless N would be about 1200$...
    That's additional 335$, just for 0.53GHz...

    Is this Power worth 335$`?

    Definitely not worth $335.

I didn't know you were purchasing in Switzerland!!! I'm not readily aware of the prices or even websites you can order from, so it'd be smart if you got some relevant info from a fellow with this knowledge.
Sorry about that! Either way, computer prices are coming down as usual, don't ever feel the urge to buy ASAP.

i think you're Right with this.

I have to look out for Other Offers...

small Question: Would the gfx Card (HD4650 1g) be limited by 2GHz CPU P7350 ?
