    A county in Texas has the cheapest electricity in the Nation (yes, I know this first hand, my brother lives there.) 6.4 c/kwh. Average in Texas is closer to 10-11c/kwh depending where you live.

    The North East has the highest electric rate with parts of NY getting up to 30-35 c/kwh and California is also fairly high. The South and the midwest have the cheapest.
