Hmmm, gonna swap out a few boards. sub 3.6 might be doable on 4xxx cards.

Should made it 30K Gautam, think were are gonna run into a core speed bottleneck.

    Heh thats a retail 965

Never planned to use TWKR for my final, rather use a retail.

I'll leave the special chips to the pros, they like using them in comps.

Very nice results there, will try to find some time this weekend to test more and hopefully beat your score.

    @Subaruwrc
These speeds are done @ default voltage (1,26volt on each core)

Ehhh, I wouldn't worry about the details on that result.....I still have alot of boards to rip through to test there effeciency in various .cfgs.

Even ordered a crosshair III to test that just arrived about 10 mins ago.

Awaiting for someone to show us how effecient 5870's are

    As requested.

Here is my score, just to check what 5870 can do with first drivers.

    System:

    Intel core i7 950 @ 4111.6
    EVGA X58 Classified
    3x 5870 (980/1350)
    G.Skill Perfect storm
    2x Thermaltake TP 1200w
    Aircooling of course

    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=5014276

Driver is not that good yet. Memory could be higher of course, but I did not find the perfect combination for them.

    Next AMD runs

Thanks Harshal! I was just getting used to these cards and decided to try this as well. Score could improve a lot like we can see from other results.

Nice competition Gautum! Well designed and score levels are perfect.
