    I've just got standard Time Warner road runner cable. That was just a fluke or something, their speed regulator must not have been working properly or something. It was running that fast though. Just as soon as I hit the button to initiate the test, it was done, that quick It's back to around 3.8mbps now though (or as you put it, 3800/320)

    I use the same as JBELL, Sprint Wireless Broadband. I live out in the far SE corner of Maricopa County AZ, and there is NOTHING else. Dialup is 26400 and unreliable, my CO doesn't offer broadband, and Cox Cable doesn't even know we exist out here. (Had to get Dish for TV.) I could get ISDN from Qwest, $60 circuit and $40 ISP, um, but why?

    Your download speed : 3496911 bps, or 3496 kbps.
    A 426.8 KB/sec transfer rate.
    Your upload speed : 3888528 bps, or 3888 kbps.

    For a crossatlantic tranfer it seem pretty accurate

    I benched against a swedish server aswell:

    edit: sändning=send
    mottagning=recieve

    I wouldn't say badass but sufficient, yes.
    i download most of the "big stuff" from the ~3000comps within the internal network and then you always get good speed

    still got the crappy 56k, but normally less than that sometimes because of the location of my house (in the middle of nowhere)
