While this is an extreme section, and I do not perform some of the extended tests you guys often do here, I do think my review on this kit may be interesting to some readers.

So just thought I would post a few of my max results with this kit and a link to my review. And no this is not meant as spam, I am simply sharing my findings and thoughts about this kit.

Massive speeds reached for validation thanks to 980X.

So, somebody came out with 2533Mhz Dual channel memory this week.... I saw some crazy timings and though to myself who needs double channel with those timings?

what kinf of ICs on those memories ?

i have a kit too of this with Ascent Dissipation and 1,65 i cannot boot over 830 cas 7-8-7 ...

i pull-off dissipation and on my ICs there's write anything , there are only small number.

I do believe BBSE's but I have not looked

Maybe you need more QPI/Vtt?

Yes, these are a very nice kit indeed for the price, you can't go wrong by choosing them that's for sure!

Heat? Where? Ahh, just kidding, they are fine though. I ran them at higher voltages then spec (Often this hindered performance as noted in my review) and they were only warm to the touch. Even at 1.74/1.76V they did not get hot

Those frostbyte heat spreaders are pretty good actually, they may not be as good as the new eVCI Ascent heat spreaders, but the do not get hot if that is what you are worried about

You have to have a 980X in order to do that though, the lower uncore multi's is what makes it possible

CPU/NB/Mosfet are on water, memory is just air cooled in case w/ no extra fans or anything. I was using 1.43 Vtt and 1.68-1.72 Vdimm

I think this may be a very good CPU, I was told though that it wont be the greatest under Ln2 though. I knew I wouldn't mind because I only use dry ice so I thought it would be great for my use.

I was able to do 235 Bclk with ease when I first got the CPU, and then reached 246 blck that same night.

Ya I thought so too! My old 965 could only do 238-240 Bclk under dry ice, and with a lot of voltages and effort.

I was super surprised to see this one going past that without flinching on water, was expecting it to stop way before that! Can't wait to get it under dry ice, which should be very soon
