Overclocking Failing at Resume from sleep

The title say it all, though the problem is intermittent usually 30% probability of happening.
Its been going on 1-2 months. This started after overclocking from 2.8 to 2.95.

    I am running a 6550 Core 2 Duo Clocked to 2.95 using 1.15 volts
Cpu is Prime stable for more than an Hour.

DDR2 2 gigs running in Dual Channel at 2.0 volts at 1009~Mhz
    Timings are still stock.
Spread Spectrum for both CPU and Ram have been disabled.
All power saving options have been disabled.

    Running a Maximus Formula Motherboard.
Also Running Windows 7 RC verison.
I have been folding fine on this computer.

I am scratching my head to see why its happening.
Since I am stable while booted.

Probably get answers to this question if you posted this in the correct section.

I've got no strings to hold me down.
To make me fret, or make me frown.
I had strings but now I'm free.
There are no strings on me

Did you try a newer bios ? The OC is fine if you can fold without a hickup, best is to drop in the maximus thread mate and post ya question there... there have been some known issues with this board and S3 when running OC's ( in fact a lot of boards are plagued by it )

    Just updated the bios.
So far I went through 5 S3 cycles no problems yet all with the same settings.
    I'll report back.

Its official it works like a Charm.
The system seems a bit more... stable when it comes to clocks.
I've been playing with the FSB and Voltages.
It seems like I can get higher Clocks with less Volt.

    Thanks again Lee.
