That picture looks great man!

ISO 400 is fine for most things, but if you want a really sharp picture, there's too much noise. Depending on how large of print you want to make, ISO 1600 is useable, but it just won't look the same on a large print as a smoother setting. 4x6...I've printed ISO3200 and had it turn out fine with some noise reduction.

Just think about the goal of the picture. If you plan to post it online only, you can probably get away with 1600. If you want a really sharp picture, use the lowest setting that gives you a useable shutter speed. If you plan on printing photos any larger than 5x7, use 200 or lower for sure. I have set the Fn button to ISO control so I don't have to go to the menu to change it, might help as far as convenience.

this is ISO 100 and the detail on the in-focus areas is far and away better than what you would see even at 200
